I follow the weirdest stuff online sometimes.
If you know me, sometimes it makes sense, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s easy to figure out I follow a lot of music and several writers. I love my fellow artists and sensitive souls. And music feeds my soul.
I love the semicolon project and the idea behind it. A semicolon is used when the writer could have ended the sentence, but chose not to. Now it’s a symbol of choosing not to give up, which is not always the easiest thing to do.
As a writer, an artist’s soul, and a chronic pain/illness sufferer/survivor (suffering and surviving blur some days), I know what it means to cry yourself to sleep. I know what it looks like to stare at yourself in the mirror in tears and beg yourself to get it together, to be strong. I know what it feels like to have the scars that show you wanted to give up.
So I wanted to share one of my favorite things today. I love Snap Judgement and I think Jaime DeWolf is brave, and strong, and talented, and amazing.
Take a look….
